Who Is John Paz From Widefield High School Shooting? Shooter Wanted For Killing Officer Andrew

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says that a deputy was shot and killed when he went to a shooting call (EPSO).

ESPO has told people in a neighborhood near Ponderosa Drive and Grand Boulevard to stay in their homes.

The Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Hispanic man named John Paz, who is thought to have been involved in the shooting.

Who is John Paz, the person who shot up Widefield High School?

The Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Hispanic man who may have been involved in a shooting that happened earlier on Sunday and caused people in the Widefield-Security area to be told to stay in place.

The man’s name is John Paz. The Sheriff’s office put a picture of him on Twitter on Sunday night.

Residents of Security-Widefield are being told by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office to take shelter near Ponderosa Drive and Grand Boulevard. In a post on social media, the Sheriff’s office told people to lock up their homes and stay away from windows and doors.

This is because law enforcement is still working in the area because of a shooting. They tell people to only call 911 if their lives are in danger.

John is a 33-year-old man who was born in 1988 or 1989, according to the Sheriff’s Office. No other information has been made public.

Officer Andrew Peery was killed by the shooter, John Paz

On Sunday, an El Paso County deputy was killed on the job, and Sheriff Bill Elder told the public about it. Elder told a reporter from UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central that the deputy who had died was named Andrew Peery.

Andrew was killed in Security in the 500 block of Ponderosa Drive when he went to the scene of a shooting. Bill says that Andrew and another deputy arrived almost at the same time as a Fountain police officer. When they got there, they were met with gunfire.

At least one shot hit the deputy officer, and the officers also fired at least one shot in response. Police are looking for John Paz, who is dangerous and has weapons.

The body of Deputy Andrew is being taken to the El Paso County Coroner’s Office by a group of police officers.

In a statement released Sunday evening, Governor Jared Polis said, “My thoughts and condolences are with Deputy Peery’s family and friends, as well as all of our neighbors in law enforcement who risk their lives to serve others.”

What’s up with John Paz? Facebook news about his family

The Sheriff is looking for John Paz, and they are doing everything they can to find and arrest him.

Sheriff Bill Elder has asked that anyone who knows where John is to call 911 or dispatch at 710-390-5555. John’s family might be shocked to find out what he did.

His family hasn’t said anything about what’s going on, and the EPSO hasn’t said anything about him yet. People are saddened by the news of Deputy Andrew’s death and post their condolences on Facebook.

Andrew married Megan, and they had two kids together

“Before coming to work for my office in 2016, Andrew was a very dedicated and well-respected SWAT operator for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office,” Elder said.

A statement from the department said, “This loss has left us very sad and broken.” “We mourn with our families at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Peery, you can rest easy. We will never forget how much you cared about the people of Security-Widefield and the rest of El Paso County. You gave your life for us, and we will always be grateful.”

As usual when an officer shoots someone at EPSO, the case will be taken over by Colorado Springs, where the District Attorney’s Office will play a big role.
