In 2019, Seagull joined the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) as a nationwide ‘Library Champion,’ advocating for elevated funding in public libraries.

His mom and father moved to East Ham inside the London Borough of Newham, England, from Kerala, an Indian state.

He attended St. Michael’s Primary School after which St. Bonaventure’s at Upton Park for his secondary education.

As his father accompanied all of his children to the East Ham Library, his curiosity in arithmetic developed.

He acquired scholarships to test arithmetic on the University of Oxford.
