Though he feels terribly that his son lost his memory and his love, Bill reminds Liam that Wyatt's happiness matters, too. As Liam clings to the past, Bill makes an argument for Liam to let his brother also have a future. 

"I want you to listen to me," he tells his son. "Wyatt didn't trick Steffy. He was there for her, they connected, they fell in love. She wasn't forced into that marriage. It was her choice, and you have to respect that."
