Miss Golden Globe Through the Years: Photos
Beginning in ’60s, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has chosen the child of a famous celebrity to help assist with their annual Golden Globe Awards, with their role including assisting escorting winners on the stage and presenting trophies. Initially, the selected person was called Miss Golden Globe (with the first person being “The Beverly Hillbillies” actress Donna Douglas) before expanding to include a Mr. Golden Globe in 1995, to finally being called the Golden Globe Ambassador in 2018. Throughout the years, a slew of young stars have held the honor, including Dakota Johnson, Laura Dern and Freddie Prinze Jr. No positions were filled in 2022 and 2023. Ahead is a closer look at the chosen stars through the years.
