Drake Is Selling Three Of His California Homes In Single Deal For $22.2 Million
Drake is moving on to bigger and better things! The rapper recently bought a new Los Angeles mansion from Robbie Williams, and now he’s selling three of his other properties as he gets ready to move into the new estate.
According to Complex, Drake owns three properties that are next door to each other in Hidden Hills. Despite the enviable location, the musician is looking to offload all three homes in a single estate deal of at least $22.2 million.

One of the three properties is Drake’s famous “YOLO Estate,” which he’ll sell for $14.8 million should the three homes not all go together. The master bedroom alone is over 2,000 square feet.
As per TMZ, the mansion is the largest of the three, featuring 12,000 square feet of living space. Inspired by English Tudor style, the home comes with a wine cellar, tasting room, a mechanical bull, and theatre that sits 25 people.
The home features a variety of outdoor amenities, including a massive swimming pool with swim-up bar, an 80-foot-long waterslide made of rocks, waterfalls, and a spa grotto. It also comes with basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts and a horse stable with equestrian ring.
In total, the three properties sit at the end of a cul-de-sac and span over 6.7 acres of land. Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates are overseeing the sales.
Drake may be moving out of Hidden Hills, but the new home he purchased isn’t too far away in Beverly Hills. The rapper reportedly purchased the mansion from fellow musician Robbie Williams in an unlisted deal.
It hasn’t been confirmed how much the R&B artist paid for the estate and different outlets have provided varying prices. Complex reports Drake spent $50 million on the new estate, while Hip Hop DX reports that it could’ve been as high as $70 million. The home features 20,000 square feet, including 22 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It comes with a wine cellar, indoor gym, game room, and luxury garage that can git up to 11 vehicles.
As stunning as the estate sounds, it still doesn’t compare in size and grandeur to Drake’s Toronto estate. Dubbed ‘The Embassy,’ the mega-mansion spans over 50,000 square feet. Drake worked with Ferris Rafauli, a Canadian architect and interior designer, to create the custom mansion to his liking.
“Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years,” Drake told Architectural Digest after the home’s completion. “It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong.”
Given Drake's preferences for the finer things in life, it remains to be seen what renovations he has in store for his new place, if any.
